You get a line and I'll get a pole

Do you like to fish?  I do.  Hubby and I would love to get a boat so we can go salt water fishing like we used to.  The skiff we used is just too small to get out in good fishing waters, but those floaters ain't cheap!
My super duper "Queen of Scenes" DT sistah Kim Bell has given us a theme of "Use Kraft" for this week challenge at Mo's.
For my card I started with a kraft base and used some great Simple Stories papers and some fun fluted cardboard to create the background for Mo's "Fishing" image.  I have always loved this image.  It's so perfect for a guy card and I finally colored it up.  The sentiment is from Create with TLC.
Hope you'll pop over to the DP2 blog and link up a card for the challenge.  I think kraft is pretty much a staple in everybodys stash nowadays.  Make sure you use a Mo image on your card.
Did you see the brand new Royal Babies that Mo just added to the store in honor of the new prince.  Too cute.
I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Here Come the Boys--anything goes
Allsorts--transport

Stay tuned for the third sneak peek from TSG today and have a great one!

Supplies:
Paper--Simple Stories "Awesome", Kraft Outlet Brown Kraft, Bazzill, Home Basics Fluted Cardboard Tiles, Copic XPress-it Blending card
Stamps--Mo's Digital Pencil "Gone Fishing", sentiment from Create with TLC, All Night Media Splatter wood mounted stamp
Ink--Copics, Vintage Photo Distress ink, Versafine Vintage Sepia
Tools--Nestabilities Labels Two

Does such a place actually exist?? I mean for a woman anyway??....LOL. Seems I can run to the end of the earth and still, someone comes up to me with underwear and says, "You gonna to laundry today?"
The calmness and serenity of your card comes through loud and clear here as well as a few hunger pangs for some deep fried catfish!!!
Beautiful work my friend :)

Oh, I just love how you've colored this image! Your speckled frame is too fun, and the way the water trails off really highlights that fun image. Oh! And yes, I do love to fish ;)!

Awesome guy card with a fabulously coloured scene/image. Love the dots/artistic splodges around the edge and the neutral Kraft background works a treat :)

I love the way you did the water and the edges of the image piece. What an amazing look and a wonderful way to frame the fisherman. The design and mix of papers are very striking on this one and provide such a lovely contrast to the softness of the image background.
